Yesterday we went back to melaka for a wedding dinner. The funny thing is the groom was my cousin, one that I've never seen before, and one my mom have never seen in more than 10 years.
Matters are very uneven & complicated at my mom's side. Theres a few kids who are calling me 'uncle' because im a generation older.
Anyway we reached jasin for lunch at the couple's new home, which is just 2 minutes from our kampong, then went back home to rest and dress up for the dinner.

But before we headed straight for the restaurant, we went to Jonker Street, a popular and super busy night market, and its something like a tourist attraction in melaka. The reason we went there is to eat the cendol at one of this stall, which they say is fantastic.( This is my 2nd time eating it). I wont say its fantastic and i still cant find what's so fantastic about it, the gula melaka is soo thick and sticky but the standard of the cendol is clearly higher than the rest. The ice is something like snowice, but finer and nicer.

Melaka, old school. Was walking towards Jonker street.

Reflections..

We dont look like brothers, do we? That's good, cos no one can tell so!

Dinner time, that's the bride and groom, spinning digits for the lucky draw

That's my fashionista uncle

Wedding Car

Not a car that you dont see on the roads everyday, but then again, every car has its day.

After the dinner, god knew what my parents were waiting for. So we took some lame shots

Everyone wants a photo with the bride and groom

My uncles and aunties, less than half of them!

I havan played with morning dews for a long time..

Back in singapore and back to the books. I hate this feeling, one night you're enjoying like shit and then less than 24hrs, you're back home with all the projects and homework breathing down ur neck.

Life's like that.
