And it ended up as our second hardest ride to date and we didnt even complete the entire journey. We stopped 6km short of pendas because we were afraid we couldnt make it. True enough, on the way back we had to climb this pair of hills and my brother ended up dismounting and pushing the bike up the hill. that's how much the ride cracked him! then shortly his tube punctured and i fixed it right on the spot. Yes, i FIXED it. Its my 2nd time repairing a punctured tire and im really getting a hang of doing it skillfully. Anyway we came into singapore today and had lunch at Street, a hongkong cafe @ IMM. Dinner at home. A more exciting day awaits us tomorrow. My grandma & uncle coming down to JB and then singapore tomorrow. This uncle of mine haven been to singapore for like over 20 years, hence the visit. We gona bring him to orchard road on christmas eve. Let him in on the sights and sounds and lights of christmas in orchard. Frankly i've never been to orchard on christmas eve too, so god knows what it have in store for us! |
