Holidays are coming to an end, so what better than use the remaining few days to have some get-together. For the lesser known, for the last semester, classes have been broken up and regrouped according to electives chosen.
For our class 21, it was major reshuffling. Half of the class is gone, half of another class is coming in, and there are now 3 girls in our class. Sounds fun and also I can now say I went through poly not in an all-boys class.
Back to the point, ben offered his home for steamboat, then we potluck-style bought various ingredients and drinks to his place. Viola! Homemade steamboat that is cheap and all the more delicious than steamboat restaurants.

Ben cut the smelly and god-knows-why-people-eat-them cuttlefish & squid, I cut my veggies.
Ben, please get a chopper next time. I haven't heard anyone hasnt got a chopper in their kitchen, until I used ur kitchen. Cutting the corns were the hardest thing using those pathetic knifes!

We were preparing all the ingredients and Jesper - as usual - doing nothing and taking up space only.

I sympathize with the guy, sometimes sheer weight just brings you down, literally.

Looks soo good and fresh!

A hungry man waits for no man. While the rest went out to buy sauces, 3 of us sneakily digged in first.
2kg of big fresh sea prawns courtesy of Jesper.
