NS medical is tomorrow! Feeling alittle nervous because I've never done a full medical before, and I dont know what to expect. The feeling is something like my bike race, I didnt know what to expect, but I ended up loving it! But this, Im pretty sure I wont end up liking medicals though; all the urine, blood, and whatnot troublesome tests.

Speaking of loving bike races, Im joining another race this Nov 28! It's called Plentong Epic Ride, a 60km mountain bike race in the Plentong palm tree plantation wilderness with 291 participants at press time. 60km of dirt is helluva distance for this discipline but the 'top 100 got medals' is certainly a good motivational factor once again!
